Strategic Marketing and Employer Brand Audit for Huntress Recruitment

Huntress asked me to come in to refine their marketing strategy across their three brands which cover general office support, the legal sector and not-for-profit recruitment.

Huntress works across the UK and always aims to create positive and long-lasting connections with both clients and candidates.

Starting with these strong values (which are great) Marketing Pace has been able to build on and strengthen Huntress’s marketing by:

⭐Auditing their existing marketing and social media including competitor analysis.

⭐ Speaking alongside the SMT at a company wide staff event on the importance of employer branding 
⭐Working with an external agency to build a new website for their not-for-profit business
⭐Supporting the interview process and the hiring of two digital marketing executives and helping with their inductions
⭐Producing recommendations for enhancing their employer branding offering
⭐Managing a video and photography shoot at their summer party
⭐Creating a social media plan and calendar
⭐Building a new website for a specialist consultancy for law firms
⭐ Taking part in a company challenge to get outdoors more including lots of walking and a 10k run!

It’s been a busy year but lots of fun! Such a great and innovative company to work with. A lovely team who are willing to listen to feedback, try new ideas and be brave and different when it comes to marketing and social media.
